Meeting

 

 

You can use WinPIM to invite attendees, track the replies from them.

 

 

Create New Meeting

 

In WinPIM, click New Items, select New Meeting.

 

In Mail window, switch to Tools tab, check or uncheck Meeting button, to set the mail as meeting request or cancel meeting.

 

Enter Subject, Location, Time and content, you can also Attach files to the meeting. Enter or select attendees in Mail To field.

 

Click Send to send the meeting request to all the attendees.

 

After you send the request, the meeting will show in your calendar.

 

Reply Meeting

 

When you get a meeting request in mail, the mail will show it as a meeting request, the meeting time and location will show. And you can click Accept, Tentative or Decline to Reply the meeting quickly.

 

After you click the reply, winpim will send your reply to the meeting organizer, and the meeting will also shows on your calendar.

 

Track Meeting

 

When the meeting organizer get the replies from the attendees in mail, winpim will track all the replies automatically.

 

When the organizer open the meeting, it will show the report of the replies. Move the mouse pointer over it, the details will popup.
