Fix or Restore Data Folder

Important: Please BACKUP your data folder before fix or
restore.
***********************************************
If some unexpected error occurs, you can try the following step to
fix or restore your data:
First, make sure you have
the latest version of WinPIM.
1) Fix It!
With WinPIM, click Help menu, select 'Detect and Repair'. If you can
not even log in WinPIM, you can find 'fixv13.exe' at WinPIM program
folder, run it to do the fix.
2) Restore Automatically Backup
If it does not work, you can try to Restore the Automatically Backup
files:
The automatic backup method in WinPIM is: If you did not disable the
Automatic Backup option, WinPIM will backup the data files
automatically to the 'backup' sub-folder of the user data folder.
The automatic backup rule is: It only backup modified files, and it
only backup one time each day. WinPIM keeps 2 recently backups, the
latest named *.wpx.yqb1, and the other is *.wpx.yqb2. It will NOT
backup if the files did not been modified since last backup. And it
will NOT backup more than one time within one day.
You can set the automatic Backup Folder in WinPIM Options.
To restore the automatic backup, in backup folder, strip .yqb1 or
.yqb2 and copy all the files to a WinPIM data folder and replace the
original files.
